"I was pretty frustrated after those first two," Tomac said. "I was thinking, 'What am I just a fifth- through seventh-place guy now?' I just had to do something, I had to get off the gate there. It was good. I had a good flow and was able to get the whoop combo down, which I felt was important." "Anaheim 1, basically got run into by another rider in the last turn," Cianciarulo said via social media. "Did some damage to my finger and top of my hand area, and it's been bothering me ever since.
