Rev'It! has partnered with Vircos (which was
recently rebranded as Rev'It! TailorTech) to offer
bespoke MotoGP-spec race suits to the public,
with the option to customize the suit's features
and fit using an online configurator and with the
assistance of a virtual consultant. The made-to-
measure Scorpio kangaroo leather suits use 28
different measurements and come with sliders
for the knees and elbows. They are prepared
for adding a Tech-Air Race airbag system and
personalized logo panels can be added.

Alpinestars' new Tech-Air 7x airbag
system, expected to be in dealers this
April, is for road racers. It works with
select Alpinestars leather suits and
jackets, and it can also be used as a
stand-alone vest with the included
converter kit. The system activates
by zipping up the vest and closing
a magnetic flap, and the USB-C
charging port is easily accessible
in the activation flap. Canisters
are replaceable for the first four
deployments before a full service is
required, and the system's status can
be monitored via the Tech-Air app.
