ust like that, the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series is
back under the lights for its 50th season of racing. Angels
Stadium in Anaheim, California, again hosted the 2024
kickoff round, where nerves were high, and the tension was thick,
with several racers coming into the championship with realistic
chances at winning the title this year. When all was said and
done on a chilly Southern California night, Jett Lawrence and RJ
Hampshire got it all started with the 450SX and 250SX race wins
in front of a sell-out crowd of 45,050. It was the fourth year in a
row and the 10th time in 11 races that A1 was sold out.
