The Florida Winter National Olympics was our featured race of the
week, and we pictured Kevin Windham on the cover leading the way.
Windham and Brian Deegan battled for overall honors. Windham went
home with all three of the top awards, which was a first in the race's
history. James Stewart won the PeeWee Stock and Modified classes,
and Ricky Carmichael topped the 85cc (12-13) Stock and Modified
classes... We covered the Los Angeles-to-Barstow-to-Vegas dual
sport ride. A record 378 riders
took part... We showed you a spy
