A couple of our test bikes were pictured on the cover 30 years ago,
they were the 1994 Yamaha YZF750R from Roebling Road Raceway
in Georgia and the KTM 440 E/XC in a smelly sand wash near Kinney
Jones' house in Riverside,
California... We covered the
Macau Grand Prix, where Steve
Hislop took the overall win. He
traded race wins with Jeremy
McWilliams.
Ben Bostrom, all dressed up in gold, was the big winner at the
Red Bull Supermoto A-Go-Go in Las Vegas that was held at the
Rio Hotel & Casino. Bostrom also won the championship in the
winner-takes-all final round. Doug Henry and Je… Ward went
2-3. Grant Langston won the Unlimited-class final... David
Knight won the Barcelona International Indoor Enduro over Juha
Salminen and Stefan Merriman... Lance Smail won the Harvey
Mushman 100 at the Lake Elsinore Grand Prix.
