on the final lap, perhaps being
overly cautious, both Vinales and
Quartararo caught Bagnaia to be
line astern by the penultimate
corner.
However, Bagnaia held on,
taking 25 of the most precious
points in his grand prix career,
finishing a scant 0.3 seconds up
on Vinales and 0.4 seconds up
on Quartararo in third.
