Suzuki Introduces 2024 V-Strom 800 & 800 Touring S uzuki's new V-Strom 800 and V-Strom 800 Touring are based on the recently introduced V-Strom 800DE models but designed more for long-distance street riding than the dirt-fo- cused DE. "With the momentum from the dirt-focused Suzuki V-Strom 800DE's introduction last No - vember continuing to grow, the V-Strom 800 and V-Strom 800 Touring are distinctly engineered to provide superb comfort and performance for commuting, sport or long-distance touring, and occasional dirt road use," says Suzuki. The new V-Strom 800 and 800 Touring roll on new cast alumi - num 19- and 17-inch wheels with seven V-shaped spokes. They have a low 32.5-inch seat height and a lower handlebar position compared to the DE's. And their suspensions are tuned more for street riding. The Touring version comes with a 35-liter top case and hand guards, and it gets its own Glass Sparkle Black paint, versus the 800's Metallic Matte Steel Green. The V-Strom 800 has a $9899 MSRP and the V-Strom 800 Tour - ing $10,499 MSRP. They will be available in spring 2024.
