Fly Racing's Formula CC helmet, pictured here in the
2024 Tektonic graphic, has a lightweight shell made
from a blend of carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglass.
Built-in Rheon cells and a multilayered EPS liner protect
from impacts and harmful rotational forces, while a soft
zone at the base of the shell helps prevent collarbone
injuries. Multiple vents in the shell link up to channels
in the EPS liner for optimal airflow, and the comfort liner
and quick-release cheekpads are made from washable,
moisture-wicking, antimicrobial materials.

and mesh. Vented TPR armor protects
