Yoshimura's RS-12 ADV exhaust system
is now available to fit the 2023 Suzuki
V-Strom 800DE. It is 4.5 pounds lighter
than the stock unit, and it offers a 1.7
percent increase in horsepower and a 1.6
percent increase in torque, according to
Yoshimura. The street-legal slip-on does
not require tampering with the vehicle's
emissions control system, and it comes
with a custom carbon-fiber heat shield.

ProTaper has released a new Evo handlebar with a Pro-
Am bend (P/N 024050) specifically designed for Harley-
Davidson's Pan America ADV motorcycle. Made from
ProTaper's proprietary alloy, the computer-profiled bar
is engineered to flex and absorb impacts better than
conventional bars without sacrificing strength. The Pro-Am
bend positions the rider's hands a bit higher, which makes
the stand-up position easier. The bar has a shot-peened,
anodized finish, and it is an easy bolt-on installation, with
no wiring or cable changes necessary.
