Watkins and Todd Martella teamed up to take the win... Gary Jones

Our Yamaha Venture Royale tourer test bike was pictured on the cover
40 years ago... We showed you some of the latest bikes from Harley-
Davidson... Randy Goss out-dueled Ricky Graham to win the Indy
Mile... David Bailey clinched the 250cc outdoor Motocross title at
Millville's Spring Creek MX Park. The Honda rider also won the first
Grand National Championship MX title, which combined both Motocross
and Supercross... We had coverage of the Loretta Lynn's motocross.
Danny Storbeck, Kevin Foley and Mike Brown were some of the big
winners... Terry Cunningham won the Jack Pine Enduro.
