of this year's Loretta Lynn AMA
Amateur National Championship.
The 42nd running of the iconic
event took place at the historic
Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurri-
cane Mills, Tennessee, as the
country's fastest amateur racers
looked for their chance at a high-
ly sought-after championship.
Torrential rains wreaked havoc
throughout the week, making for
challenging conditions during the
championship-deciding motos.
Ultimately, Monster Energy Star
Racing Yamaha's Daxton Ben

nick left with the Open Pro Sport
Championship and the coveted
AMA Nicky Hayden Amateur
Horizon Award.
Bennick, who tested the
waters in the Pro Motocross
Championship earlier this sum

mer, claimed the Horizon Award
thanks to his clean sweep of the
