The 42nd running of the iconic event took place at the historic Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurri- cane Mills, Tennessee, as the country's fastest amateur racers looked for their chance at a high- ly sought-after championship. Torrential rains wreaked havoc throughout the week, making for challenging conditions during the championship-deciding motos. Ultimately, Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha's Daxton Ben - nick left with the Open Pro Sport Championship and the coveted AMA Nicky Hayden Amateur Horizon Award.
