Alpinestars Hosts Gear Launch: I think there's more racing in my future ~ Tomac A lpinestars hosted its 2024 gear launch, July 23, the Sun- day following the Washougal Pro Motocross National. The iconic motorsports brand, which is currently celebrating its 60th anniversary, showed off its latest offerings, which includes its Supertech, Techstar, Racer, Fluid and new Stella lines of gear. Some of the company's top motocross riders attended, including Jett and Hunter Lawrence, Chase Sexton and Eli Tomac, who suited up but did not ride. Of course, everyone wanted to talk to Tomac to see how his injury is coming along and perhaps get an update on his racing future. "I've just been working on physical therapy," he said, "get - ting this Achilles back to what I think will be 100 percent. So far, it's going really well, I'd say. I'm a few weeks ahead of protocol. For me it's been a great recovery so far, and I think there's more racing in my future." CN WIND IN THE P26 Alpinestars rider Eli Tomac attended the gear launch. He suited up but did not ride.
