WIND seventh out of the eight-rider Pro class. He still enjoys a large lead in the championship and could clinch the title at the next race in Milford, California, at the Honey Lake facility. RPM/KTM's Justin Jones finished third in the Pro for his thirdstraight podium appearance. He took the checkered flag roughly two-minutes and 15 seconds behind Sutherlin. Kawasaki rider Ty Renshaw took fourth and was the final rider to finish out the race on the lead lap. Fifth in class went to Kawasaki rider Justin Seeds. All-American KTM's Eric Yorba won the Pro 2 class for the fifth time. He passed Justin Morgan Taylor Robert had little difficulty winning the Glen Helen round of the WORCS Series. on the second lap and then never looked back. Third in class ended up going to Starr Savage (KTM), followed by Chuck Ramsey Jr. (KTM). Morgan ended up fifth. In the Pro 2 Lites class, Blayne Thompson ran off with the vic- tory. He took the lead early on lap one and ended up winning by three minutes over Noah Kepple. Tristen Morris rounded out the podium. Points leader Steve Gibson did not attend the race. Harlen Foley U.S. TRIALS DES NATIONS TEAM ANNOUNCED W ith the Trial des Nations in La Chatre, France, on September 8, just around the corner, the AMA officially announced the men and women who will be representing the Stars and Stripes. Heading the men's squad will be five-time U.S. MotoTrial Champion and current points leader Pat Smage, of Wisconsin. Joining Smage will be Arizona's Bryan Roper, Karl Davis Jr. of Florida, and California's Eric Storz. The U.S. Women's team will be made up of Rachel Hassler of New Mexico, Carline Altman of Maine, and Caroline Allen of Massachusetts. Spain has won the event for the past 10 years.
