by 11 seconds over Squid Hunt-
er Racing's Josh Hayes, who
continues to chase the all-time
AMA race-wins record. Third
place went to Vision Wheel M4
Ecstar Suzuki's Teagg Hobb.
In race two, Fores contin

ued his rampage to win by five
seconds over Vision Wheel M4
Ecstar Suzuki's Tyler Scott, who,
in turn, was some three seconds
ahead of his teammate Teagg
Hobbs.
"I was expecting Tyler (Scott)
coming strong today, because
already this morning on the
warmup, I felt good," Fores said.
"I saw good lines from him
when he was in front of me.
I was trying to put the gap as
one's DNF with sixth ahead of
Jacobsen, Gillim, Flinders and
Benjamin Smith (CW Moto Rac
-
ing Yamaha).
In the championship, Gagne
leads with 156 points over Beaubi-
er's 133 and Herrin is third at 122.
Supersport
The MotoAmerica Supersport
Championship is fast becom-
ing the Xavi Fores show. The
Spaniard, who can count expe-
rience in almost every major
international road racing cham-
pionship, is currently making a
mockery of the Supersport title
after taking his seventh-straight
victory, another double in Wash
-
ington making him undefeated
so far in 2023.

By lap six he was on him, and
four laps later Beaubier made
his move for the lead on lap
10 at the chicane. Now it was
Gagne's turn to respond but the
number-six had the bit between
his teeth and began to edge out
an advantage.
Lap by lap it grew until the
final lap when his final margin
was a comfortable 2.04 seconds
over Gagne in second place with
Herrin once again on the podium,
3.2 seconds back in third.
Escalante had a better show

over Alexander while Cameron
