Pecco rocketed into the lead
from Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM)
and Luca Marini (Mooney VR46
Ducati). Martin ended lap one in
second after disposing of Miller
and set after Bagnaia, almost tak
-
ing an impromptu lead as Bag-
naia ran hot into turn one as Miller
snuck through
into the lead.
Two laps later, Bagnaia was
back in front but Miller was
having none of it, pushing past
again this time at turn one to
retake the lead. But coming off
the fifth-gear Waterfall corner,
Martin got the run on Miller and
scythed past into the lead at the
penultimate corner.
By lap nine, Martin was not
in cruise control but almost,
Marco Bezzecchi
sends it over the
highside during the
Sprint race.
Aleix Espargaro holds
off the midpack of
Alex Marquez, Enea
Bastianini and Fabio Di
Giannantonio.
