ago for winning the 250cc Pro National MX at Mt. Morris. Je Emig
won the 125cc class. Robbie Reynard made his pro debut and finished
seventh overall (125cc)... Ricky Graham won the Springfield Mile by
a mile. Mike Hale and Rodney Farris went 2-3... Steve Hatch was
the big winner at the Magnolia
Classic III National Enduro in
Mississippi... Jacky Martens
won the 500cc Motocross Grand
Prix in Finland.
Kevin Windham continued to give Ricky Carmichael fits at the
High Point National MX, and they were pictured on the cover
20 years ago. Carmichael won both motos but had to work for
them. Mike Brown and Ryan Hughes had a titanic battle in the
125cc class with Brown taking the overall win after swapping
moto victories... Rich King won the Springfield Mile. Sete
Gibernau fought for the win at the World Championship Road
Race round at LeMans... Lance Smail won the Washougal round
of the WORCS Series.
