The First of Its Kind
MotoAmerica experimented with the
first-ever Supersport Extended race
(aside from when Daytona was part
of the series) to run a mandatory
pit stop at Barber. It made little
difference to the results, as Xavi Fores
(pictured) made it look easy for a third
consecutive race win.
