Despite not racing or scoring
points in the final two rounds of
the series, Eli Tomac and Cooper
Webb still managed to finish 2-3
in the championship, respectively.
Ken Roczen needed to score only
two points to overtake Webb in
the series, but a knee injury on lap
one forced Roczen to retire. The
extent of the injury isn't known yet.
Roczen ended up tying with Webb
in the overall points, but Webb is
credited with third due to having
more wins.
VOHLAND / HAWKINS
It was a tough night for Max Voh-
land and Talon Hawkins as neither
of the factory riders made it into
the 250 Showdown. Both riders
were forced to line up for the LCQ
but a sixth for Vohland and a 12th
for Hawkins wouldn't cut it.

Justin Hill and Team
Tedder ended their season
on a high note with third.
Cianciarulo and Dean Wilson
rounded out the top five.

SHOWDOWN
The final 250SX race of the year
marked the end of the season
and the end of a chapter for
West Regional Champion Jett
Lawrence. The Honda rider, who
wrapped up the 250SX West title
last weekend in Denver, made
it clear that the Salt Lake City
finals would serve as his last
race aboard the 250cc machine.
Lawrence grabbed a great start
in the main and almost looked
to be playing it safe in the early
stages of the race. The game
