Scorpion's affordable VX-16 off-road helmet has
a lightweight polycarbonate shell lined with
dual-density impact-protective EPS,
which extends to the chin bar. The front
intake vents align with internal channels to
help flush hot air out to the rear exhausts. The inner
comfort liner includes Scorpion's AirFit inflation system for
adjusting the snugness of the cheekpads. The vented peak
acts as a ram-air intake, and a peak extender is included to
provide additional coverage from the sun and the elements.

jacket has a highly vented outer shell
made from Maxtex 600 Denier nylon
and heavy-duty polyester mesh. It has
a padded back area and comes with
removable CE-approved protective armor
at the elbows and shoulders. The tail is
extended for full back coverage in the
tucked riding position, and the fit can
be customized using the multiple
adjustment straps. A waterproof
zip-out liner is included, and quality
YKK zippers with long pulls are used
throughout.
