Works Connection has an all-new Pro Launch
Start Device designed specifically for the 2023
Yamaha YZ450F. It installs without having
to trim the YZ450F's wraparound-style fork
guard. The device helps racers gain traction
and control off the start line, and it is the same
unit used by the Star Racing Yamaha team. The
Pro Launch weighs just 50 grams and utilizes
a patented spring-less trigger and a hard-
anodized fork ring that is CNC machined from
aircraft-grade aluminum. A drill-guide template
and a countersinking tool are included.

Firstgear's Palisade jacket and pants—

are designed for seamless integration with
Firstgear heated gear. The waist-length
jacket has a removable thermal liner and
a vented shell that is both waterproof and
windproof. The elbows are reinforced with
SuperFabric and ripstop nylon, and Sas-
Tec CE level 2 armor is at the shoulders,
elbows and back. The matching Palisade
pants are made with the same technical
fabrics as the jacket, and there's armor at
the hips and at the articulated knees. The
seat has grip panels and the adjustable
pant cuffs include storm flaps.
