VOLUME ISSUE MARCH , P65 H usqvarna says its brand-new Norden 901 Expedition with its "premium suspension and essential travel components allows riders to experience unrestricted global adven - tures in complete comfort." The Expedition is the pre- mium version of the previous 901 Norden adventure model. The Expedition is fitted with fully adjustable WP Xplor suspension, front and rear, with longer wheel travel (9.4 in. front/rear) compared to the standard (8.7/8.5 in. front/rear). It's powered by an 889cc parallel-twin engine that Husqvarna promises delivers "a broad spread of smooth controllable power." It also features a wind - screen, center stand, engine guard and Connectivity Unit, all standard. It also comes with heated grips. Husqvarna says, "With the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app installed onto a smart - phone, and with the device paired to the motorcycle's Connectivity Unit via Blue - tooth, riders will benefit from downloadable maps, Turn-by- Turn+ navigation, Call-In, Call- Out and view real-time traffic information. Music selection and volume can also be controlled easily while riding using the handlebar-mounted buttons." Other features include side bags, four selectable ride modes, switchable corner - ing ABS with off-road mode, Easy Shift, slipper clutch, tubless spoked wheels and a five-gallon fuel tank, which Husqvarna claims will get you up to 248 miles.
