Using a computer-controlled process and
innovative materials, Rev3D is pioneering additive
manufacturing—also known as 3D printing—for
the off-road world with its new line of Carbon case
savers. Designed to protect the engine case from
damage caused by a chain break, the carbon-fiber-
infused protector is engineered to collapse where
necessary to prevent breakage at the mounting
holes. Rev3D says that they are as strong as
comparable aluminum units but are half the weight.
Installation hardware is included, in either titanium
or anodized aluminum, and fitments are available
for newer GasGas, Husqvarna, KTM and Yamaha
off-road motorcycles.

brace in a new limited-edition VR46 Fluo
colorway. Sold in pairs, the gloss black frame
is decorated with Valentino Rossi-inspired
fluo yellow and a colorful pop-art motif.
The brace's lightweight impact-modified-
composite frame anchors to hinges and
transfers impact energy away from the
knee. The cuffs are engineered to work in
conjunction with muscle movement, and the
K4 V2 brace is certified as a medical device
to help prevent leg and knee injuries.
