The opening moto in Texas saw two-time 450SX champion Cooper Webb
charge forward through the pack to fifth position. He managed a stronger
start in the second moto that slingshotted him into leading the opening lap
where he kept it conservative and rode his way to second. Moto three was a
spectacular one, where he rode his KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION to an
impeccable win from behind, securing him the overall win at round seven and
placing him within striking distance of the red plate.
