Have You Been Watching Garrett Gerloff's
Vlogs? You Should.
T
he plethora of video diaries/
vlogs can make it pretty hard
to find one of decent quality, but
Benovo Action BMW WorldSBK
rider Garrett Gerloff is doing
a fine job with his recently
launched YouTube channel.
The Texan has released three
videos to date, one detailing
his last ride with Yamaha, the
company he's been with for his
entire career, another where he
makes his debut with BMW, and
the most recent, his preseason
training regimen.
It's that last video that's our fa
-
vorite here at Cycle News as it's a
departure from the regular track-
only videos that proliferate on
YouTube. You can follow Garrett
as he and his sports physician,
Chase Banks, tackle the goal of
getting to Gerloff's 155-pound
race weight, his diet, his gym
work, and his on-bike training
while back home in Texas.
Brad Schwartzrock is largely
responsible for filming and edit

ing Gerloff's vlogs and the pro-
duction level is excellent. Gerloff
himself comes off as a natural in
front of the camera as he takes
you into the back roads of life as
a WorldSBK star with the good-
natured humor that's made him
so popular in Europe as well as
in the USA.
There will be more videos to
come in 2023 as Gerloff starts
his fourth season in WorldSBK,
but if you're killing time and want
some good moto entertainment,
check out his previous three vid

eos below to get up to speed.
