Bridgestone's Battlax Adventurecross AX41 is a 40/60 (on-
road/off-road) tire with fitments for both tubed and tubeless
rims in nine front and 15 rear sizes. Deformation caused by
wear is reduced with the recently improved tread-block-wall
angles, and the tread pattern, compounds and contact patch
have all been optimized for riding both on and off pavement.

Designed and manufactured in Dunlop's Buffalo, New York
plant, the Trailmax Mission is a 50/50 tire. It has an aggressive
tread pattern that is staggered for traction in hard terrain.
Rigidity in the contact patch enhances stability and handling.
Wraparound lugs on the tire's edge help protect the tire from
sharp rocks and provide additional off-road traction.

adventure models, Continental's TKC 80 tire is a 40/60 (on-road/
off-road) tire that comes in 10 front and 17 rear sizes in both tube and
tubeless styles. The tread blocks differ in sizes, which helps them
shed mud, and the tread pattern is optimized for a balance of off-road
performance and on-pavement quiet handling.
