T
he Rockstar Energy Husqvar-
na Factory Racing an-
nounced its official 2023 Super-
Motocross World Championship
roster, which will be made up of
four riders.
The team's 450cc riders are
newly signed Christian Craig and
returning team rider Malcolm
Stewart. Riding 250s will be re-
turning riders RJ Hampshire and
Jalek Swoll.
All four riders will compete in
the 2023 Monster Energy AMA
Supercross and Lucas Oil AMA
Pro Motocross Championships,
as well as going for the com-
bined SuperMo-
tocross World
Championship.
Craig says
he's adapting
well to his new team. "This is
year one on the Rockstar Energy
Husqvarna Factory Racing team
and it's been good so far this
preseason," he said. "I moved
the whole family to Clermont
and started fresh with Aldon.
We went straight into bootcamp,
and it's been good so far. I'm just
learning the bike, learning the
program and just trying to build
each day and get better. I'm get-
ting more familiar with the bike
every day and just keep grinding.
Other than that, just doing the
laps and getting ready for A1, try-
ing to be as ready as possible."
The team also said it has
brought former racer Josh Han-
sen on board as a test rider.
