Kramer Announces HKR Evo2 S Pricing For 2023 K ramer Motorcycles USA has released 2023 pricing for their HKR Evo2 racer at $15,995. Powered by the KTM LC4 690cc single-cylin- der punching out 80 horsepower and weighing a scant 285 pounds wet, the Kramer Evo2 S is the perfect turn-key race bike for club enthusiasts. The 2023 Kramer HKR Evo2 S sets itself apart from the R-spec model by featuring a single 320mm brake disc on the front wheel, adjustable suspen- sion and cast aluminum wheels. The chassis retains its acclaimed chromium-molyb- denum steel-trellis tube design, with a self-supporting plastic fuel cell that serves as the bike's tail section. "The Kramer HKR Evo2 R will always be our 'no compromises' turnkey race bike for riders who are fighting for race wins and championship victories," added Karvonen. "But with the Kramer HKR Evo2 S, we wanted to offer a more affordable way to get on a Kramer, without sacrificing too much of the lightweight performance that's become associated with the Kramer name." A couple years ago we raced a Kramer HKR Evo2 S in the Brainerd 5 Hour and absolutely fell in love with it. You can read all about that test in the link above. CN IN THE WIND P36 They don't come much more fun than a single-cylinder Kramer! Power Off To WorldSSP L uke Power will head to the WorldSSP Championship in 2023 after signing for Motozoo Kawasaki Racing by Puccetti team. The 17-year-old Australian spent the 2022 season competing in the MotoAmerica Supersport Championship for 3D Motorsports LLC on a Suzuki GSX-R600, tak- ing two podiums including second place in race two at Barber Motor- sports Park in Alabama. Power's career started in Australia as he came through the ranks in the Australian Superbike Championship, and the local championships in the state of Victoria. He took titles in a state level, competed in the ASBK Supersport 300 Championship in 2020 and took fifth place, before graduating to ASBK Su- persport for 2021. In his only campaign in Austra- lian Supersport, he finished sixth. Power also has experience of the Road to MotoGP program after he competed in the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup in 2019, taking a best result of ninth place. "I am really happy to be racing in the World Supersport Cham- pionship 2023 with Motozoo Racing by Puccetti," said Power. "I would like to thank the team for this great opportunity. It will be truly incredible to be racing for Kawasaki, one of my favorite manufacturers since I was a kid and dreamed of starting racing in the world championship. I'm so happy to have this chance and I thank Motozoo Racing, I'm sure we'll achieve great results together!" CN Luke Power, like Danilo Petrucci, will not return to MotoAmerica in 2023 and instead head to the WorldSBK paddock in the Supersport class on a Kawasaki.
