P28 IN THE WIND ARENACROSS 2014 F eld Motor Sports has announced the 2014 AMSOIL Arenacross Series schedule that features Ricky Carmichael's Road to Supercross. The season kicks off with a doubleheader in Worcester, Massachusetts on Friday, January 3 before traveling to 11 additional states before crowning the 2014 champion. The new stops added to the calendar are Nampa, Idaho; Hidalgo, Texas; Reno, Nevada; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Salt Lake City, Utah. Arenacross continues with its format of two main events during each night of action, headto-head bracket racing, and the Race to the Championship – a playoff-inspired showdown to crown the champion. The 2014 season also features the East and West Regional Championships in the Arenacross Lites Class designed to be a stepping-stone for more success in the bigger class. Following the theme of developing riders, Ricky Carmichael's Road to Supercross program returns for 2014.
