he Spanish manufacturer Rieju
(remnants of the former GasGas fac-
tory) is celebrating its 80th anniver-
sary by launching into the adventure world
with its new Aventura 500 Legend. It's the
largest-capacity model ever by the brand
from Figueres.
The Aventura features a fuel-injected
500cc parallel twin-cylinder engine, dual
fuel tanks (front and rear) totaling 10-plus
gallons, and 21-inch (front) and 18-inch
(rear) spoked wheels. Chassis is sup-
ported by a double-cradle steel perimeter
frame with a detachable subframe.
As of now, Rieju does not have plans to
bring the Aventura 500 Legend to America.
Overall, the company is offering several
models for 2023, including a full range of
two-stroke off-road motorcycles and one
battery-powered off-roader, the E-MR
Electrica.
