attacked his 2023 factory Ducati
teammate, Pecco Bagnaia, despite
having the title—Ducati's first rider's
title in 15 years—firmly on the line. In
the end, Bagnaia held firm for the win,
but his face afterwards when he got a
hug from Bastianini told the story.
