eta says its 2023 range of off-road RR
Racing models "come complete with
everything needed to ride for recreation
or race at the top level under the toughest
conditions." Eight models of Race Editions will
be available for 2023, four two-strokes (125cc,
200cc, 250cc and 300cc) and four four-stroke
(350cc, 390cc, 430cc and 480cc). Beta's
300 RX motocrosser also returns.
The main new feature for all of the bikes
is the introduction of the Kayaba (KYB) rear
shock, specially made by the Japanese
suspension techs who collaborated with Beta
Italy's engineers to create a suspension pack-
age which Beta claims is "second to none."
This is the first time these bikes have come
fitted with a KYB shock. Up front, we again see
48mm KYB AOS closed-cartridge forks. Both
shock and fork are fully adjustable.
The RRs feature several of the usual add-
on racing-focused upgrades, including new
radiator shrouds and redesigned handguards.
To save weight, the two-stroke Race Edition
models are again pre-mix motorcycles, but oil
injection can be added as an accessory.
The RR Race Editions will be available in
November.
