he winless drought is over.
After 11 long years, Team USA
is, once again, Motocross
of Nations Champions. The U.S.
Team, made up of 450cc MX and
Supercross Champion Eli Tomac,
Chase Sexton and Justin Cooper,
led from the get-go but could never
relax due to the on-again/off-again
rain and muddy conditions and
formidable competition from some
of the other high-profile teams,
including Australia and France, that
each took a moto win, along with
opening-race winner Tomac.
