It was recommen ded that thei r m eetings be h eld th e fourt h Fr ida y of January. March , Ma y, Jul y. Septem- ber a nd November, wi th th e excep- ti o n o f a separate date to be se t wh en these meetings fall on a h ol ida y. A presentation was made by Mi ke Naug hton on th e Fra nk Ra i ne~ Pa rk which is in Stan lislaus C unty 111 Del P uerto Can yon . This project ha s been a n d OHV area with about 400 acres and developers a re th inking about tu rn in g thi s into a sub-divisio n . Th e urgency was bro ugh t to th e Co~m is sio ners o n th e need to acq u ire a n a dd i tio na l 2600 ac res so that th is co ul d be in co rp o ra ted into a n SV RA for the fu ture.
