Gauthier, and two-time class runner-up Whale are all 16 points or less behind Mischler with four races yet to go. PRODUCTION TWINS The Mission Production Twins class is gradually changing its shape from a two-rider show- case to a one-man show. Vance & Hines Harley- Davidson's Jesse Janisch secured his sixth win of the season—his fourth in the last five races—to move that much closer to the crown. Janisch controlled the day in his now customary fashion but was pushed deep into the main event by Helipower/Las Vegas Harley-Davidson's Mikey Rush, who was driven to win in front of his home fans. Meanwhile, Thee Cathy Grey /Al Barker's Cameron Smith edged G&G Racing Yamaha's Cory Texter for the final spot on the podium, further dimming Texter's hopes for a third and final class crown. Texter is far from out of this, although he's going to need some help. Janisch upped his advantage to 24 points (264- 240) and, consequently, not even a four-race win streak to end the season would assure the defending champ a success- ful title defense.
