damage by holding off his former title
rival James Rispoli to secure the final
spot on the podium. Rispoli flashed
the speed to steal another main-event
win in the lead-up to the race aboard
the WBR KTM 890 Duke but found
himself pushed down to the bottom
of the top 10 in the early stages of the
race.
He slashed his way forward in admi-
rable fashion but never could not find
a way past Texter, who picked up his
seventh podium in the last eight races.
Mikey Rush rounded out the top five
on the Hellipower Racing/Las Vegas
Harley-Davidson XG750R.
