Production Twins championship
battle went forth at Port Royal
with Vance & Hines Harley-Da-
vidson's Jesse Janisch securing
his third win of the season.
After winning the last two rac-
es in succession, G&G Racing
Yamaha's Cory Texter was never
a factor for the win at his home
round, with Janisch instead
forced to run down Memphis
Shades/Corbin/Vinson's Dan
Bromley, who stormed out the
early lead.
Bromley announced at the
event that he would participate in
the remainder of the season and
then underlined just how big of a
spoiler he could potentially be by
running out front.
As a former Singles Champi-
on, last year's third-ranked rider
in Mission Production Twins,
and a three-time podium finisher
in three attempts this season,
Bromley is poised to play a
significant role in the evolving
title fight between Janisch and
Texter, which Janisch now leads
by a single point (174-173)
Texter did limit some of the
