WEATHERTECH RACEWAY LAGUNA SECA / MONTEREY, CALIFORNIA
P84
ROAD RACE I MOTOAMERICA FIM NORTH AMERICAN ROAD RACE CHAMPIONSHIP
Super Hooligan National Cham-
pionship after a tense battle with
teammate Jeremy McWilliams.
Pre-race title favorite Andy DiBrino
(KTM) could only manage fourth
on the day to see another national
title slip through his fingers. Cory
West (Saddlemen/Lloyd'z Garage
Indian) took third for an Indian
clean sweep of the podium.
STOCK 1000
The Stock 1000 class saw Corey
Alexander notch yet another race
win, this time from pole position.
The Tytlers Cycle/RideHVMC
Racing BMW rider expected a
close battle at the front, but it
never materialized, and Alexander
led the 14-lap race from start to
finish. The New Yorker's gap at
Tyler O'Hara would not be
denied at Laguna to take
the win and the 2022
Super Hooligans title.
Josh Herrin put on a
good show for the bosses
with another double
Supersport win.
