Another weekend and it was another moto win for Hunter Lawrence, as the older of the two brothers has really come into his own lately. The num- ber-96 put himself in the right place at the right time all day, capitalizing on mistakes from Michael Mosiman in moto one and Seth Hammaker in moto two. Both times, Lawrence in- herited the lead, but only once did he finish the task. He easily won the first moto and later found himself in an all-out battle with brother Jett in moto two. Hunter threw down a strong last-lap charge but came up just a half-second short of the race win. His 2-1 finishes gave him second overall. "It was a coin toss on that last one; it was so close," Hunter said. "The track was gnarly, and it wasn't easy to flow. It was literally a 35-minute sprint, that second moto.
