Lawrence's first moto win of the
season. He continues to build
momentum and 4-1 finishes
pushed the number-96 to sec-
ond overall.
"First one I was frustrated with
myself," Hunter Lawrence said.
"With my start I didn't give myself
a great opportunity to be where
I wanted to be. Second one I
basically said, 'Screw it, I'm go-
ing to hold it wide.' I mean I can't
be any worse off the gate, and
it worked out well. Turned out
okay and turned it around."
The Star Racing Yamaha
youngster, Kitchen, holeshotted
moto one and went untouched
for the race win. He led every
lap of the 30-plus-two en route
to his first moto win as a profes-
sional. He left it all on the track
but came back strong again in
the second moto.
Unfortunately for him, Kitchen
didn't have the best start and fell
in the opening stages of the sec-
ond moto. The number-59 got
up and went on to pass Jo Shi-
