KTM has partnered with Cardo Systems to release
a special-edition KTM-branded Packtalk Edge.
The compact, waterproof communication system
mounts to a helmet with Cardo's magnetic Air
Mount, and the Dynamic Mesh Communication
software allows the Bluetooth device to connect
up to 15 riders at a time in a range of 5 miles. The
40mm high-definition speakers were engineered
by JBL and the voice-operated system means that
hands can stay on the bars.

The latest design offering for Bell's SRT-Modular helmet
was created by Carey "Hartluck" Hart. Hart says that
the clean and classic graphic was inspired by an Indian
Motorcycle project that he was working on for actor Jon
Bernthal. Bell's SRT-Modular has a fiberglass shell with
a flip-up chinbar, speaker pockets recessed into the EPS
layer, and a drop-down inner sun shield. The modular
helmet is aimed at the sport-touring rider and it comes
with Bell's class 1 Panovision faceshield.
