Sunday, Dunlop rain tires were the order of the day for race two, and the frontrunners seemed to be unfazed by the challenge. Alpha Omega Ka- wasaki rider Cody Wyman won by just 0.024 seconds over LiMandri. Yaakov looked to be headed for her first MotoAmeri- ca victory until both Wyman and LiMandri executed perfect draft passes to overtake her just be- fore the finish line. Wyman took the checkers 0.026 seconds ahead of Yaakov, and LiMandri nipped Yaakov by just two mil- liseconds. Mission King of the Baggers Weather caused Sunday's Mission King Of The Baggers race to be moved to later in the day, and the length of the race was also reduced to a four-lap sprint. H-D Screamin' Eagle factory rider Travis Wyman took it all in stride and won the first Baggers race of his career. He bested his teammate and defending class champion Kyle Wyman by just under one sec- ond. Third place went to Mission Foods/S&S Cycle/Indian Chal- lenger Team's Jeremy McWil- liams, the legendary Ulsterman racing for the first time at Road America. > ROYAL ENFIELD BUILD. TRAIN. RACE. Royal Enfield's BTR program wrapped up the weekend, and 13 women took to the track for a four-lap sprint aboard Conti- nental GT 650s that they race- prepped themselves. Kayleigh Buyck, who won BTR's first round at VIRginia International Raceway, also won the race at Road America, but she had to win a battle with Crystal Martinez who was second and just 0.172 seconds behind Buyck. Jenny Chancellor rounded out the po- dium in third, but she was more than 11 seconds adrift of Buyck and Martinez. A crash at the end of the race led to a red flag, to which Buyck and Martinez didn't adhere. As a consequence, their results were upheld, but they were docked all the points that they collected for their finishes. ROUND 5 / JUNE 3-5, 2022 ROAD AMERICA / ELKHART LAKE, WISCONSIN P100 ROAD RACE I MOTOAMERICA/FIM NORTH AMERICAN ROAD RACING CHAMPIONSHIP Travis Wyman scored his first career win in King of the Baggers.
