OTHG Beginner Eric Brandmeyer took home the gold in his class after battling with second-place finisher Tim Davis. Davis holeshot moto one, with Brandmeyer back in the pack, and Brett Alcala in second. Brandmeyer was on the move and was soon on Davis' rear fender. On the third-lap Brandmeyer and Corwin Shropshire passed Davis, who had trouble in the_whoops. Brandmeyer scored the moto win. Moto -two saw Davis again claim the holeshot, but this time Brandmeyer was even further behind, running near the back of the pack. In the OTHG Expert class Roy Knight fended off Glen Wilkins and Bob Clark in a three-way battle for the overall. Wilkins holeshot the first moto, with Knight glued to his fender. Knight got by Wilkins on the second lap and then got a breather when Wilkins went down. Clark caught and passed Knight on the last lap to win the mom, while Knight finished second. _ Wilkins again took the holeshot in moto two, followed by Knight and Lowers. But Wilkins would not be denied this time and pulled away from the' pack while Knight was left to -fend off Clark and Lowers.
