and into the lead, Gilbert made a
brave inside pass in the final turn
and almost held on to take the
checkers. Instead, Alexander pre-
vailed in a photo finish and took the
victory by 0.001 of a second.
Third place went to BMW's Travis
Wyman, 11 seconds back, from
Hayden Gillim (Suzuki) and Ezra
Beaubier (BMW).
Alexander leads the way with
25 points over Gilbert's 20 and
Wyman's 16.
