Heading to round two at Road Atlanta on April 22-24, Petrucci leads the way on 50 points from Scholtz on 40 and Petersen on 29, with Escalante tied with seconds from Scholtz saw Pe- tersen a further 11 seconds back in third, with the returning PJ Jacobsen (Tytlers Cycle Racing BMW) holding off his teammate, former MotoGP rider Hector Bar- bera, in fifth by 0.7 seconds. Race two saw Petrucci take the flag by a more substantial 5.9 seconds after breaking the challenge of Scholtz with Gagne 1.2 seconds from Scholtz in third.
