Helen 500cc U.S. MX GP preview issue... Jean-Michel Bayle won the
Tampa Supercross, while Brian Swink topped the 125cc main... Danny
Hamel outdueled Larry Roeseler for the win at the Check Chase Hare
& Hound National... Scott Summer captured the Moonshine Hare
Scrambles National in Kentucky...
The Kawasaki KX125 and Yamaha
YZ125 were our top two choices in
our 1992 125cc motocross shootout.

We featured our special cruiser issue 20 years ago... Ricky Carmichael
won the Houston Supercross which was held in Reliant Stadium; Matt
Walker won the 125cc main. "Holeshot Devices" were beginning to
appear on some of the race bikes... We featured an article that asked
the question, has the Daytona 200 become too dangerous?... Rodney
Smith won the Steele Creek GNCC in North Carolina... Troy Bayliss
swept the World Superbike at Philip Island.
