we were getting a few 10ths on
each other," Lawrence said. "If
one of us didn't get it, or clipped
the quad, it was good breathing
room. I cased it once behind
him [McAdoo], because I was
changing my line a bit. But then
I got in front and was like 'Okay,
I've got to get a safety gap' but
then I tried again and cased it
even harder so I said 'Guess we
are doing double, three-on to-
night.' It was tricky but I like that
with the track changing, it makes
you think a lot more rather than
a hard-packed track where you
can get everything easily every
lap and do the same lap times
without changing anything."
This is Lawrence's third win in
deep ruts wreaked havoc for
the youngster and fans could

hold the Honda rider at bay, but
lappers came into play early in
the race and Lawrence found his
way back into the lead. After get-
ting back around McAdoo it was
smooth sailing for Lawrence as
he cleaned up his line choices
and took the checkers by nearly
six seconds.

rhythm because if you could get
that triple to quad over the table,

seconds faster than anyone else

what was to come. This is the
last race for the East as the se-

Lawrence clicked the hole-
shot in the 250SX main in Indy
