Travis and Kyle Wyman to win in
traditional Daytona style.
In race two, it was McWilliams'
turn but there was a new player
in Roland Sands Design Indian
Challenger rider Bobby Fong,
who led out of the final chi-
cane only to be swooped on by
O'Hara and McWilliams on the
run to the line.
It was a red-letter day for
Indian Motorcycle in race two,
with the company sealing the top
three places and Harley-David-
son left licking their wounds after
Kyle Wyman was forced to retire,
and persistent engine problem
dogged brother Travis.
TWINS CUP
Undoubtedly the two most edge-
of-your-seat races held at Dayto-
na were those of the Twins Cup,
as what more resembled two
Moto3 races saw more passes
that could be counted, and an
incredible escape for Anthony
Mazziotto (Aprilia) who clattered
into the wall at top speed only to
rebound off two other riders and
stay on the bike.
Race one went to 15-year-old
N2 Racing/BobbleHeadMoto
Yamaha rider Blake Davis ahead
of Robem Engineering Aprilia's
Ben Gloddy and Mazziotto, who
gathered himself back up to take
the final spot on the podium.
In race two, Cycle Tech Ya-
maha rider Hayden Schultz got
the win, which was the first of
his MotoAmerica career. Veloce
Racing Aprilia's Jody Barry fin-
ished second, 0.241 of a second
behind Schultz, and Tommaso
Marcon (Robem Engineering
Aprilia), 0.256 of a second be-
hind Barry.
