that he had spent all his energy
on the other races and admit-
ted that the Day In The Dirt isn't
complete unless you do the
Coup De Grace Survival race.
Justin Sipes was awarded
the overall Ironman winner and
in order to that you must com-
pete in and finish four required
races plus one of your choice.
