Roczen. The winner of the series
opener looked to repeat his A1
success and rocketed off to the
early lead but went down after
tangling with Anderson—for the
second time in two weeks. Vis-
ibly shaken, Roczen remounted
but stopped a few turns later to
shake sand out of his goggles.
At this point he was way back but
continued racing and finished
13th on the night.
250SX West
The 250SX West main event
brought the cream to the top as
Christian Craig, Michael Mosiman,
and Hunter Lawrence again filled
the podium positions. Craig contin-
ues to command this year's 250SX
West Championship, but Mosiman
put up a fight for the win.
Craig put in a highlight-worthy
comeback last week, going
from last to third in the 250 main
event. This week, he had a big
get-off during Friday's press day.
Somehow, he escaped injury
and come Saturday he looked
like his typical self. The series
points leader took the top spot in
