Below is the machined mold for the rocker arm assembly. This casts a wax blank to make a ceramic mold. (Top left) A semi-complete head. Bearing supported cam and hand made, by Maely, rockers with roller cam followers are visible. The rocker arms will be vacum or centrifuge cast from a recently released aerospace stainless steel process. Fine jewelry is cast the same way. (Left) Each blank head is fastened inside this drill jig for all the final machine work. A locating plate on the bottom insures that every head will be identical. The little tubes seen protruding from the jig are hardened steel drill guides. (Above) The drill jig fastenens to an exactly angled plate, again to insure accuracy. The drill guides eliminate drill wobble and perfect hole location. y RE D CLEARANCE SALE ON ALL HONDA'S IN STOCK MANY 83's IN STOCK • STOP BY AND SEE THEM HONDA / '82 VF750 Magna $2699.00 SPECIALS Ancra red tie downs 5 gallon gas cans NGK Spark Plugs D8EA NGK Spark Plug B9EVA 'SI CR80R $495.00 ***************** ***************** HONDA lJJ K~ AND SON MOTORCYCLES, INC. 417 Eo Garvey Ave. Monterey, Park, CA 91754 (2J3) 283-4277 213) 280-8244 reg. $17.35 10.95 1.35 4.95 sale 812.35 7.60 .75 2.50
